Between February 1st, 2021, and February 4th, 2021, those who play during Happy Hour are eligible to receive up to $120 in bonus money. Happy Hour runs daily from noon until 3:00 PM, and then again from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. What is a Playback Bonus?

Tropicana runs playback promotions regularly. With a playback bonus, the idea is that you receive money back if you take a net loss during the promotional period.

In this case, you can earn up to $15 in playback bonus cash every Happy Hour. If you suffer a net loss when you play any online casino games during Tropicana’s two daily Happy Hours, you’ll get back 15% of those losses up to a maximum of $30 per day. 

What is a Net Loss

A net loss is best described as winning back less money than you wager. For instance, if you wager $250 during a Happy Hour slots session and only win back $150, that’s a net loss of $100. The Groundhog Hours promotion would earn you a 15% refund on your losses which adds up to $15 in this example. If you wagered $500 and only won back $250, that would be a $250 net loss. 

Even though 15% of $250 is $37.50, you would only be entitled to the maximum $15 playback bonus for that session. If you wager $100 and end up with $125, that’s a $25 profit which does not qualify for this offer. Any playback bonus cash you earn through the Groundhog Hours promotion will be credited to your account on Friday, February 5th, 2021.
