May 26, 2022

Notable North American gambling company DraftKings announced its intention to expand to igaming vertical and to provide more original content about online casinos on their platform. Its services are launched in several U.S. states including Michigan, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

The company extended a partnership relationship with White Hat Gaming for its iGaming content to boost DKโ€™s competitiveness in the industry. The division of White Hat Studios is set to handle the content. The developers will provide an extensive game library that included forefront titles well-beloved by players in Europe. It will also provide video and jackpot slots and RNG table games.

โ€œWeโ€™re incredibly excited to partner with one of North Americaโ€™s most influential and forward-thinking operators in DraftKings, who are a leader in bringing the latest content to the market,โ€ said Andy Whitworth, CEO of White Hat Studios.

Three TV shows are set to be included in the content offered by the Studios. Ted, Deal or No Deal, and Peaky Blinders are shows expected to have the most significant impact on North American viewers.

DraftKings recently expanded and grow its business including opening a branch in Ontario, Canada. The company also established a business in New York even if the state is still at a discussion stage of expansion on the gaming framework which includes online gambling permission.

White Hat Studios' recent partnerships

White Hat Studios previously signed other deals with multiple companies most notably with Pariplay igaming brand, Aspire Global. The Studiosโ€™ will offer titles from its Wizard Games studio, as well as titles from other vendors for the brand.

โ€œPariplayโ€™s wide-ranging content, in addition to its engagement tools, has proven to be very popular across numerous markets and itโ€™s a boost to be able to enhance our platform by offering it to our operator partners,โ€ said Michael Waterfield, White Hat Gaming VP Commercial.

โ€œWe see this initial deal as being only the start of a long and fruitful partnership as both parties continue to make major inroads into regulated markets across the world.โ€

The Fusion platform is set to distribute the titles for Pariplay. Fusion has a series of conversion, retention, and tool mechanics created for operators to monitor player engagement and entertainment. It has 12,000 games currently in its library.

โ€œWhite Hat Gaming has a similar business style to Pariplay. It is agile, fast-moving, and expanding at a rapid rate in similar markets to us, with a strong core business in Europe and with similarly strong ambitions across regulated North America,โ€ said Andrew Maclean, Pariplay VP Sales.

White House and Pariplay first discussed the partnership at ICE London industry meetings. White Hat was immediately open to negotiation as Pariplay has an esteemed product portfolio and engagement tools.

โ€œTo sign such a major deal at ICE London was a great moment for both parties, and we look forward to working closely with such a major content provider,โ€ said Maclean.

Pariplay previously made a partnership with Grand Casino Bern last week for a business centered in Switzerland. It also agreed to power PlayStar NJ and provide content for a subsidiary of Wiztech, Winpot.mx.

White Hat also recently wrapped up its partnership with Slot Factory.
