June 30, 2022
Passport Technology has announced that it will supply its revolutionary technology to the Cahuilla Casino Hotel in Anza, California. Cahuilla Casino will have access to various technologies provided by Passport Technology, including the Lush Loyalty Platform and Mira Player Enrollment kiosks, among others.
Through customizable games, promotions, and dynamic offers, Passport's Lush Loyalty Platform gives casino operators new ways to get more players to sign up, stay engaged, and use their points. Customization options include branding, virtual draws, multipliers, and promos. Self-service options include player club signup, card reprinting, dynamic games, and offers.
Passport is a prominent creator of technology-based solutions and services for all three markets. Some of the services are redemption kiosks, semi-cash, check guarantees, automated teller machines (ATMs), digital payments, cash and cashless integration, casino automation, and regulatory compliance solutions.
"We’re delighted to work with Cahuilla on the launch of Lush," Passport Technology CEO Cleve Tzung said. "We designed Lush to be easy for the casino operator to customize with many tools and features to heighten patron engagement and rewards."
Tzung elaborated his company's pursuit of excellence in Passport is driven by diversity, inclusion, and collaboration to offer chances for all stakeholders to prosper. This is done to achieve excellence. The payment industry, the gaming industry, and the financial services sector are all highly regulated.
Not only that, but the passport also has bank-sponsored transaction processing, server and web-based analytics, server-independent application management system, interactive content and loyalty services. Those are some of the products that the company has in its product portfolio.
Tzung also lauded Passport Technology's achievements as it has safely and responsibly cleared over $45 billion in casino floors worldwide in 222 locations in six countries using its products.
"A more engaged customer is a more loyal customer. Lush is a good example of how Passport is developing products that take key functions of a casino floor to higher levels of performance and value,” he said.
Last week, Peak Rock Capital's affiliate gave Passport a "strategic growth investment." The investment gives Passport International enough money to attract customers, look for strategic partnerships, and make new, innovative products.

According to Focus Gaming News, Cahuilla Casino Hotel’s general manager John Straus explained that they are aiming to incorporate innovative technology to enhance its guests’ experience.
"With the Lush loyalty platform, we now can offer our players a multi-functional self-service kiosk with state-of-the-art capabilities to include new enrollment, card reprints, and interactive promotions in a one-of-a-kind single platform," Straus said.
He also added that Cahuilla Casino could not wait to embark on this joint partnership with Passport. "We are excited for our partnership with Passport and looking forward to the addition of the kiosk offering for our guests,” the GM noted.
Passport's Digital Wallet, Loyalty, and Innovation Consultant Diallo Gordon noted that their customers are their partners in innovation. Cahuilla is not only getting a strong loyalty platform to keep customers interested but also an HTML5 cloud-based solution built with security, flexibility, and open architecture in mind.
As the first HTML5 cloud-based loyalty and rewards platform in the industry, Lush's secure web application lets operators customize an unlimited number of branding, gamification, virtual drawings, multipliers, and promotions for each customer.
Gordon continued they are very excited to work with Cahuilla and look forward to a long and strong relationship based on service, great customer experiences, and high-performance results.
