Bluewater Resort and Casino switches to QCI platform in Arizona

Bluewater Resort and Casino is set to improve its patron’s gaming experience by collaborating with Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI). QCI Slot Platform can optimize the player’s interaction in detail and suggest which gaming slots are performing well and which are best to be removed without affecting the casino’s revenue too much. The platform will be installed in one of the Bluewater Resort and Casino properties in Parker, Arizona.
The Director of Slots for Bluewater Resort and Casino, Phil Hall, said that the QCI can improve its services and help them adjust to the gaming market thanks to their analytics solutions.

The Hard Rock Casino Rockford which opened in November is also using QCI software for its facilities such as 600 slot machines, a sports bar and restaurants.
